NAV and curerom virus

Everytime I try to launch "Empires at war" I get a virus warning.
Source: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\mchInjDrv.sys
I am using curerom 1.3 and daemon tools v4.03he.
I assume nortons AV is stopping curerom from running because it says

Emulator detected!
Please deactivate virtual drive and emulation software.

Only yesterday I was playing it fine but today...

virus warning and curerom

I tried posting this earlier but I dont think it worked so here I go again.

When ever I try to run EAW, using the curerom created icon, NAV warns me that it has detected a virus. I assume it prevents curerom from loading because the program detects emulation and such again. It has been working fine up until now.
