About the image file of the game...

i have downloaded popt2t from gamesload.com but it was not an image that was the whole files just like i am copying them from its' dvd to my hdd so at last i have got all files but i wonder if i can make any working image file (mdf,mds) with alcohol120% or if you know any links please share them with me. what links? links that contains image files of the games. thank you.
