Problem running any game off hard drive.

    Problem running any game off hard drive.

    I download Toca race driver 3 yesterday and tried running it. got past the opening video and to the menu screen and then my computer freezes and sometimes shuts off on its on (tried it a few times). I tried to run counter strike from my source account and had the same problem. However, I popped in my original version of FEAR and no problems at all. It seems everytime I try to run a game from my hard drive I get a few seconds-minutes into it and I have the same problem. But when I run a game from the cd I have no problems. Other then that my computer runs fine. I have an ATI 9800 Pro with all the driver updates.

    Any Ideas of what could be causing this problem?

    Sorry I am posting this on the Daemon Tools forum but I didn't know where else to put it.
