problem with True Crime New York City

i can't make the game to start it says emulation detected...and that is it...i unpluged my optical devices,but doesn't work....curerom doesn't work either.....help

PS:i am using daemon tools 4.03

How did you create the image you're using?

I've the same problem, i've created the images (3cd's) with CloneCd but it won't work with DD 4.03 + CureRom 1.3.1, any ideas?

i tryed something else and i get a common problem
1. i mount cd1 image with daemon tools
2. i start safe disc 4 hider v1.1(it hides the virtual drive)
3. i start the game but here's where i get the common problem
i get a message saying "A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed."
and that's all
i've checked other forums and i've seen that other games have the same problem but i haven't found a working solution
if anyone knows what should i do,please reply here

the game is SecuRom 7x protected and not Safe Disc, so sd4hide is useless

Maybe you get this error because it's protected by SecuROM and not SafeDisc.

So, I'm using CureRom. I renamed the CureRom Exutable to another name like 1456.exe. It ran one time now I'm getting message "The original disc could not be found or verificated".
All deamon tools emulation options on.

i have 3 cd made with clonecd...thats how i downloaded the game...and there it sayd to use curerom...but that doesn't work .....and ive seen that a crack hasn't been made yet
