Hi, I recently posted about F.E.A.R. and its copy protections. On how it was difficult to crack. True crime has the same curse, SecuROM7. I've tried CureROM and SecuROM Loader, both have failed. I've burned a copy of TC:NY, and still no luck. I get error messages such as "Emulator found..." and "Original Disc could not be authenticated".
Activision nor Aspyr Media (company who converted it to PC) has any knowledge of it being released on PC, though every game store has it released (US)
Also, no site has any game cracks or mini images for me to use, and thats what worked with FEAR. I have gotten instructions on how to make it run, and it involved CureROM but it didnt work.
Anyone have any knowledge on this?
