RSS feed is enabled, you may noticed it already.

You can also use it via our external data provider,
e.g.

http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/external.php

you can also extend it f.e. ?forumids=13

the whole url would look then like this:

http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/external.php?forumids=13

This will use the feed from "Forum 13" which is our Announce-
ment-forum.
You can of course use any other (public available) forum.
You can also simple add other forums seperated by comma,
e.g. "?forumids=13,2"

There's much more about it, if you have any questions, just
ask.

RSS Feeds are really a great way of staying up-to-date 24/7!

Is there some way to get a feed from the customer forums, e.g. by providing a username/password?

No - currently not. We think about such possibility, but we're
unsure IF we want that feature at all. From technical point of
view its only a matter of some minutes, but I do not want that
we see then soon feeds on other sites from c-forum
