An annoncement page!

It would be nice if we could get a plain announcement page where you list something new - we could then use monitoring tools on the page to be informed when you update the page.
This is possible on your current page http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/announcements.php since it lists the current time and people viewing the thread, ie, the page updates constantly.

Yes and has been for 4 months - so perhaps it would be easier for them to just post the information on a simple page.

You know that you actually can subscribe to the announcements thread, and then receive e-mail notifications?

For the small amount of announcements here it seems a bit of an overkill to dedicate a page for that sole purpose, as @Nemerov says you can subscribe to the announcement section here & be notified by e-mail when anything is posted in that section ... same end result :wink:
