Problem creating new threads/replying

Hi, is posting broken or do new posts don't show up immediately.

I replied to a thread today I had to do it several times till it was shown, in that time system reminded me that this thread has already been posted.

Just a min ago I tried creating a new thread. Same problem.

The people that hasn't posted 20 posts has to go through a post check before the post shows up on the forum.
