Removing When U Search program

Title says it all. I removed the search bar from add/remove yet the When U Search folder remains in my program files and annoys me with pop ups. I'm unable to delete it because I get an error "Make sure disc is not full or write protected. Make sure program is not in use". Because it's giving me pop ups it must be in use but I can't shut it down. Pretty fucking gay.

Try to boot in safe mode (F8) and then try to delete folder.

Ensure you also removed WhenU SaveNow in control panel -> software add/remove.
