I and possibly some other users have with DT. In this case, I think opt-in is the way to go. I understand your point of view, but it cannot be maintained by only pointing to the EULA etc without admitting that one of the reasons for opt-out is the fact that some people will accidently install the malware. I think this is the main concern that a lot of people (not the phobic ones) have when pointing you to Whenusavenow.
