hi i have downloaded dt but whenever i go to use it or back up a dvd i get blue screen and system shuts down saying that it needed to in order not to damage pc once dt removed no problems thing is i need dt

Which software do you use to backup DVDs?
Do you have minidump available (in Windows\Minidump folder) related to such crash? If so send newest file unpacked to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.

hi i use 1click dvd copy with dvd43 i now think that it is his program causing the error but have never had a problem b4. iv looked in the mdump folder but all files in there can not be read or unpacked.

There is a known issue with dvd43llh.sys causing a BSOD, thus it's probably the problem.
Unpacked actually meant you shouldn't zip or rar the file.
