every time i try to install the version 4.0.3 x86 it crashes with the following error when the licence agreement page just starts to open,

i was able to install the version 3.46 and the sptdinst_x86.exe standalone version.

xp pro sp2... i don't know what was going on, i finally got it to install though.
i figured it might have had something to do with winpooch being allowed debug privileges so i unchecked that then uninstalled it and restarted the computer. then tried again to install the 4.0.3 pack, it worked this time, then i reinstalled winpooch, everything is running fine now.
