After SPTD install windows crash

OS: windows 2003 with all updates.
System: x86

After installing manually only SPTD windows crash in starting time. No "Small memory dump" or "Kernel memory dump" or "Complete memory dump". Error in this foto: http://www.muonline.lt/SIMG1997.jpg If SPTD driver is disabled windows work normally. Any idea ?

Similar error happens when using the newer versions of DT on Windows Vista - except M$ now call the BSOD error Stop error or something stupid like that to make it sound nice.
