Get this message in Nero, points to wnaspi32.dll version 4.71
and aspi32.sys version 4.71 and my physical CD does not read. It recognizes CD/DVDs but does not read them.
Nero uses its own ASPI layer, but I would try installing ForceASPI 1.8. Something might have become screwed as the files in mention are part of the official ASPI layer.
