Vista AutoStart Problem

Hi, I installed the latested x64 Daemon Tools on Vista x64, and everything appears to work successfully, except for a minor issue.

Daemon Tools keeps on starting up even after setting it not to autostart.

When changing Options > AutoStart setting, it results in registry error. However, if I run the program as administrator, the registry error does not occur, but the program keeps on starting up after each boot.

Is there any way I can stop it from autostarting?

same problem at x32 i keep closing it....

i am not restarting the pc alot .... is on all the time :P

go to run-> MSconfig-> Startup tab-> look for daemon tools, uncheck it, that should do the trick

I too have the same issue. However Daemon tools does not appear in msconfig.

Any idea why this is happening?
