SecuRom Timeout with DT Pro

Hi

I was looking and searching in the forum, but did not found a satisfying answer yet.

I made a Image of CnC3-KaneEdition, with Alcohol 52% just as I bought my copy of the game.

The Image worked without any problems with DT versions up to 4.09.1 in combination with YASU.

Now after 6 weeks I found again some time to play, but with the DT Pro Build 215 and YASU. I always get this error message from Securom:

"Unable to authenticate original disc within time limit."

DT 4.09.1 was uninstalled during this 6 weeks due to the release fo DT Pro, and only the DT Pro is running on the PC.
Just for a test I installed DT 4.09.1 parallel to the DT Pro, and mounted the image back in DT 4.09.1 and it worked again without any problems (with the help of YASU).

So is this a known bug, or is there something special on my PC causing this?

Most likely SecuROM incorrecly measured parameters of virtual drive on your machine. Try to delete HKCU\Software\SecuROM key and let SecuROM recreate it.

Thanks this solved the issue, until path 1.06 was released :-)

Now it's back to the original DVD again. Anyhow, cool game.
