Hi,
The following problem drives me mad - it started approx. a week ago. I reinstalled my Vista 32bit, and as usual my first move before installing DTPRO was to revoke my key. After successfully installing DTPRO, on the next reboot it says that my hardware is changed, I need to revoke my key again. OK, probably it's just a tiny malfunction, so I went through the process again.
Since then MY KEY CHANGES ON EVERY REBOOT. Vista reinstall doesn't help. First I suspect vLite for the trouble (I made a new Vista installer with that) - but since I installed a clean out-of-the-box Vista two times, and the revoking is still a must.
I contacted Disc-Soft.com's customer support, but they do not know what can be the problem.
Before You ask: I have only one PC with only one OS, Vista 32bit.
Please help me, because in this situation my 27$ is a total waste.
