Cannot mount image

Operating System: win2000
Burning Software: nero express
Anti-virus Software: avg 6.0
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.33 and 3.41

At start I use 3.33 to mount a image file, it gives me a message "Unable to mount image, image is too old version". Then I install 3.41 and try again, it gives me a message says "Unable to mount image, Invalid image file." It is a PS game. And the image works with ePSXe 1.6.0. Please advise.

What type of image is it (cue, iso, ccd, etc...)?

I got some probelms with CUE aswell, i cant open my file...
