DT Pro install issue: "Daemon Tools Pro Setup has stopped working"

I downloaded DTPro4100217Basic.exe but when I try to install the program on my Visat Ultimate x32 computer a message occurs "Daemon Tools Pro Setup has stopped working". The message also has these probelm details:

Works after re-downloading the installation file.
