I mistakingly thought autostart was the equivalent of autoplay and disabled the option. Once I realized that wasn't the case, I re-enabled it. Dtools still doesn't start on system boot but instead opens an explorer window showing the contents of the Dtools program files folder. I also has this entry in msconfig:
C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools\" -lang 1033
I modified the reg key to start Dtools so the issue is fixed but thought I'd report it.
