demon tools no language detected

I triede to install Demon Tools today, but my CP began to restart every time I start up my computer, and when i try to start Demon it says demon tools no language detected, and then after running a recoverry of the system I cant uninstall Demon its not in add or remove programs, but when I try to delete the shortcut on the desktop it says that i only can delete the shortcut.

How can i remove Demon from my CP
( I use XP pro)

What do you mean with CP?
Which DT version?
