Disc Imaging Fails with .jpg image files

Having nothing but problems with Daemon Standard edition just purchased. Able to make image files of Antivirus program and some others. Problem is that I cannot get the program to make an image file of .jpg image files from a DVD RW without failing with "Disc Image Failed" without any other information provided. Have used the DVD player and DVD RW to back up other files/programs so I know the problem isn't with the DVD reader/recorder or DVD RW disc.
Any ideas on how to fix this or is it that Daemon tools can't handle .jpg image files?

Try SafeDisc profile to create an image.
