Deamon Tools didn't recognize the image

Hello i need help i've got an .mdf image of the Game "Anstoss 3"
a long time ago i downloaded Deamon Tools and the programm open it, but after the newest update to 4.30.4.0027 the programm does not open this file anymore. The image isn't damaged, because before the update is works and opend

MDF and MDS file has the same file name?
Also how did you create that image initially?
Also what error do you get exactly?
