Daemon tools lite not playing the iso

Well I tried to mountone of my iso's like howls moving castle and when i went to the cd drive ....sure itwas there but it was like i was reading it or browsing it. i can't playit so some one please help me

What error do you get? Please post a screenshot.

Same issue - can't play iso's created with Daemon Lite

I installed Daemon Lite (latest version as of Sept 2 2010, on a XP SP3 desktop. I burned a disc image of a DVD movie, mounted the image and tried to play it with VLC player and it won't play. The actual DVD disc that I used to copy and make the disc image does however play in VLC. So does Daemon create disc images that aren't exact images of the source?

How have you created that image ?
Maybe the DVD is copy protected and you need something like e.g. DVDFab Passkey (still free in beta stage).
