My system wont shut down

when i mount an iso, i can play the game and it go's fine, but after i quit it, i end the iso and unmount it, but then when i want to boot off the pc, the pc hangs in some weird close down system, my keyboard mouse and monitor are all getting shutdown and my pc stays on, i dont know what it is,but i have to shut down my pc all the time, on the bad way, by pressing the turn on/off button on my case. i dont know what to do.

please help me out!

ps: i use windows xp sp 4 and never had any problems like this before.

There is no XP SP4.

Because before i had deamon tools, i never had this problem

Remove DAEMON Tools and check your problem.
If still reproducible, try to remove SPTD and check again.
