Invalid Server response Error message?

Hey? when I go to install, it Lis.Agree, I click agree, then I click trial version; then it hit next; then it comes up and says (Error)"Invalid server response" then gives me a the choice of "Internet connection settings" "Try Again" and "Cancel" ....whats the deal??? I'm running windows XP pro on a broadband connection thru a router connected with one other computer. If I could get a lil tech support; I would greatly appreciate it! TTYL!
