Borderlands no longer working

Hello,
most of my ISOs ive made from original disks are fine, Boirderland was great and had played it before, however with the newer versions and current DLC's, when I try to launch from the ISO I am prompted with the message "Please run from DVD not from the backup". Is there a way around this?

Specify DT version which you use now. Also specify DT version which you used before.

I have not changed versions of DT, on did the 1.41 update from 2k Games site for Borderlands.

DT version is 4.40.2.0131

I've just tested v1.41 (SecuROM 7.42.0004) in my usually problematic Vista system.
Running fine in vSCSI of DT lite 4.41.3.

That message doesn't indicate a blacklisting problem.
Maybe your system generates too much CPU load or the SecuROM check is affected by something else

Make sure that Advanced Emulation mode is enabled (if you use DTLite 4.40.2).
