Got Blue Screen while trying to remove a drive

Please try this Microsoft FixIt solution, reboot
Your CD or DVD drive can't read or write media

If you have a Toshiba Backup/Recovery Disc Utility installed, please temporarily uninstall.
After a reboot please check with this tool whether the tdcmdpst.sys lower filter is still loaded.
