    After Uninstall, CD Drive won't read disks or burn cd's.

    I'm completely new at this, so bear with me here. :]
    I installed Daemon Tools a few months back and everything was working fine up until that point.
    I uninstalled it about a month ago, and i haven't really thought about using my CD drive or burning CD's or anything like that.
    Yesterday, I went to go burn a cd and it told me to locate the disk burner and the software, which I had prior to installing daemon tools. I've been doing a bit of research and the uninstall seems to be the cause of this. How can I get this all back to normal again?

      Please run this Microsoft FixIt solution, reboot
