Reboot durring installation and can't correctly remove

Operating System: win 2000 sp4 (rus)
Burning Software: Nero 6.0.0.15
Anti-virus Software: kaspersky Anti-hacker firewall
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.44

When i install Daemon 3.44 my system is rebooting by itself.
After reboot Daemon not present in "Add/remove programms" section of control panel, so i can't remove it correctly.
When i clear registry i can't delete HKLM\system\CurrentControlSet\enum\PCI\d344prt even if I have adminictrator right's.
