pnpshark error in eventlog on reboots

Operating System: Windows XP Professional SP1
Burning Software: Nero 5.5
Anti-virus Software: None
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.44 (occurs in older versions aswell)

Every reboot this error comes up in the system event log, first message there.

How do i fix it?

pnpshark is not part of 3.44, it is old driver that you should remove.
