install DT,got Bsod

Operating System: win2000 server
Burning Software: no
Anti-virus Software: symantec antivirus 8.0
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.44

I got bsod of "0X00000050" Error and dumping memory to hard disk after I install dt.
I unistall dt manually and reinstall it .Got Same Result.
I search on the search engine but got nothing about samilar error in DT Installation.I don't know how to solve it. :oops:

I Got the reason.
Here is What I have done.
Yesterday I installed DM with no error.
After that installed a game and Install starforce protection driver.
I Removed DM and Reinstalled it.Then got the error message before.
I stopped and Removed starforce protection in Device manage(Device Manage->View->Show Hiden device;the starforce protection device in non-pnp driver)
After Remove starforce protection successfully,The Daemon can be install correctly!

What was name of driver you stopped? prosync1.sys?

prodrv06.sys
prosync1.sys
