Device setup error code... HELP!

    Device setup error code... HELP!

    Operating System: Windows Millennium Edition
    Burning Software: CloneCD
    Anti-virus Software: Norton Antivirus 2004 Professionnal Edition
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.44

    When i install daemon-tool, it told me to restart the computer, when i restart there is the "update info database" window, after that i get this error:

    Device setup error code 25035 (0x61CB);
    0(0x0) ...

    And the daemon-tools automatically uninstall..

    Help Please!
