Bsod on install

Anti-virus Software: Nav
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

When trying to install dt3.46 I get a bluescreen and the comp reboots.
When I log in again dt says invalid device.

The last lines of the install log (I'll mail the rest if necessary):

Your crash is most likely caused by StarForce driver prosync1.sys.
