Device Setup error: code 25057 (0x61E1), 2(0x2)

Operating System: Windows XP SP1, US-Version
Burning Software: Nero Burning Rom 6.3 Ultra Edition
Anti-virus Software: McAfee VirusScan 8.0
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46.0

Everytime I try install Deamon Tools it runs smoothly until just before the setup ends then this error message apperas and it removes what it have allready installed when i press OK:

Device Setup error: code 25057 (0x61E1);

2(0x2). Contact your support personnel.

Can ANYONE plz help me ?
