Operating System: Windows XP
Burning Software: Nero 5.5, CloneCD 4, no CloneDrive
Anti-virus Software: none
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46
On my Windows installation, drives C to G are harddisks and physical optical drives, so DT uses drive H by default. Additionally I have several network drives, which are always mounted, the first one is I:
To recap:
C to G: physical drives
H: first DT drive
I: network share
When I set the number of devices for DT, it defines additional drives and assigns driveletters to them without looking if that letter is already in use. In effect "overwriting" my network share on I:
I then have to reassign drive letters manually to make the network share visible again.
Is it possible for DT to check if a driveletter is already present and then not taking it?
