    The same Problem

    Operating System: Windows XP Prof. SP1
    Burning Software: Nero Burning Rom 6
    Anti-virus Software: Norton Anti Virus2003 Prof.
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

    Every time i try to install the programm it comes the same error massage:
    Device setup error: code 25057 (0x61E1),2 (0x2) Contact your support team.
    I tryґd it several times but still it dont work. I eaven deleted all my virtual drives from Alcohol 120%. Can anyone help me????

    This error means bus driver was not installed normally.
    What you see in device manager before you press ok on the error?

      I've this problem too, and when i see the device manager as you told, there's a yellow mark on PnP BIOS Extension. Can you help us?
