Can't install ER code 25001

Yo everyone. I get this message when I'm trying to install:

D-tools 3.26

ERROR 25001. Device Setup Error: Code 25021. Cantact you support personel.

I'm using Microsoft Windows .NET r3718 RC2
I've no problems in my Windows XP Sp1.
I'm using Nero Burning ROM 5.5.9.17, CloneCD 4.2.0.2, CDRWIN.

There is some problem in setupapi.dll of NET. No workaround yet.
