Whenever I run an image, the game plays in superspeed

Burning Software: Nero burning ROM 6.0
Anti-virus Software: AVG 6.0.751
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

I've tried this with many different games, so it's not just one. I mount the image, play the game, but it runs at at least 3 times normal speed. Though this is kinda neat, it's not really that fun unless it's a turn based game...

Is there a way to slow it down at all? It doesn't do this when I use a normal disc drive, but that would defeat the purpose of the virtual drives...

Which games are you talking about? It's the first time ever I heared from such an issue :shock:

I make an image of any game, and it does that... I'll try another Virtual Drive thingy, like Alchohol 120%, and see if it's just my computer...

Okay, I tried a few other programs, and it seems that no matter what I use, it's the same problem... As long as I use a virtual drive, it's super fast. *sigh*
