no virtual drive with windows xp sp2

Burning Software: nero
Anti-virus Software: AVG
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

HI,
i can't use daemon tools with my windows xp sp2, because no virtual drive appear the appropriate folder. During the instalation, windows ask me for driver to install a new material, and i don't find the correct one. Can you please tell me if it is possible to use daemon tools with this f**** windows xp sp2, and how if possible.
