Weird bug keeps locking my rig?

Operating System: Windows XP Pro SP2
Burning Software: Nero 6.6.0.12
Anti-virus Software: AVG 7.0
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Problem is every now and then my pc freezes up and i need to hard reset :?
i couldnt figure out why,i checked my event log and in the system log when this
is happening im getting an error in the d347bus telling me....

thats it then refers me too MS which doesnt teel me squat.
heres the data it contained if its any use, would i be better of uninstallig/reinstalling?
