About the 25002 Help please

Burning Software: Nero
Anti-virus Software: Norton
DAEMON Tools Version: daemon 347

Hello, i try to follow the steeps to remove the 25002
the driver inflict problem.

I dont find the one on first. but i did 2-5 and didnt work good then. But i opened device manager and didnt find the SCSI/RAID Controllers section.

But in non plug and play drivers in the device manager i found dmboot and dmload. Can that be something to delete? or is it them?

Because i dont got a scsi/raid controller sections. Or im only blind.

Could anyone of you please explain?

Don't delete anything not mentioned in thread about error 25002. If there is no SCSI Controller, skip that point.
Was there a BSOD/crash during installation? Do NOT re-install then, but check if you've minidump (in Windows\Minidump folder) related to that crash, send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.
