BSOD with nwfs.sys

Hi all,
I found problem during installation DT-4.0.
I've got BSOD with nwfs.sys that is part of Novell Client 4.91 SP1...

After uninstalling Novell Client Everything goes fine...
But I need Novell, so i using DT-3.47 for now.

on clear installed w2k sp4 with novell 4.91 client

Same issue

Major BSOD with reboot loop, have the same version of Novell as previos poster, moving sptd.sys from c:\windows\system32 and sptd4797.sys from c:\windows\system32\drivers seemed to fix the problem since installer would not allow uninstall. This issue is being worked on. If information from other minidumps is needed, we'll tell you so, but for now please don't send them without being asked. We'd just suffocate in minidumps

thats problem with Novell Client 4.x.x
on older version is ok.


nwfs.sys or other module crashed NT when I logon to OS
(on login form). I dont fucked not idea whats wrong maybe CTDP ?

How can I make myself to windows? It crashes when loads up itself.
Do I need to delete some files with DOS?

The issue will be fixed with next Daemon Tools version, continue to use v3.47 till it's released.

Is there any workaround (until DT4.1 is released) I can apply to get DT4 (I need to play the latest games, POP, KK etc) and Novell Client working.

You can try earlier Novell version, and/or ask Novell for some fix.
