always reboot at system start

My problem is, that windows always reboots during the installation and the sytem startup.
Before v4 i was using the older version and everything was okay. But now i have this problem.
If i install the older version the system also is rebooting.

Here i have uploaded my minidumpfile were the crash is reported.

Please tell me were the problem is.

I'm sorry about my english, i know it isn't the best. So i hope i have explain my problem correct.

Try to remove or update Starforce drivers - check thread about BSOD in SCSIPORT.SYS in common problems and solutions forum.
