invalid character

while installing deamonT, after uninstalling, this message apears:
the folderpath 'Program Files' contain an invalid character

after the first install attempt the software could 'nt start because of a missing language.dll

how to solve this problem

got exactly the same error

i uninstalled it
deleted registry files of demon tools
deleted 'PnP BIOS Extension'
etc

i tried all ways

cant reinstall any version, cant start
also cant install the new version 4.0
always the error appears

any solutions?

edit: also deleted the drivers in windows/system33... and "regedit" local machine/system/controlpanel...but still dosnt work, there is NOTHING from deamon tools on the computer which i can think off, removed realy everything...still dosnt work
