Problem installing dameon tools

I installed 2 versions of dameon tools first 3.41 with no success and then 3.47 same results i recived the error message "Virtual SCSI not detected"

i have windows xp sp2 .

Have you considered DAEMON Tools 4?

Rite click on my computer>properties

click on the hardware tab, then click device manager

Go to scsi/raid controllers, right click on the one there and update it. that worked for me

ShdwWraith, I'm not sure how great this advice is because in another thread you wrote about having trouble uninstalling DAEMON Tools (and because if you let windows search the windows update site and wherever else windows looks for driver matches (eg. %systemroot%\inf) you'll probably end up with the wrong driver).
