cant run sytem restore

i cant run sytem recovery cuz yesterday i use software to clean and it clean up all that other thing that not to be cleaned

and my dvd drive is missing in mycomputer

i tried to uninstall n reinstalled

but it cant do nuthing

if my dvd drive work i will able to recover my computer

i have winddow xp media center
i got phillips DVD+rw9701

plzzz help me
