When I burn disks in DAO or DAO/96 mode with Nero 5.5.10.28, it seems to work, but reports that it fails:
9:19:49 AM #44 Phase 38 File APIProgress.cpp, Line 224
Burn process failed at 4x (600 KB/s)
9:19:49 AM #45 Text 0 File Scsicmd.cpp, Line 406
SCSI not using temporary buffers
20 out of 20 temporary buffers allocated
The reason I'm thinking it might have something to do with D-Tools 3.33 is that the Nero log has a ? by the D-Tools Drive.

I haven't tried uninstalling D-Tools yet to see what happens. I have all Windows updates as of today. Only other burning software I have ever had installed is Fireburner, and it does not report any errors. Again Nero Works in TAO, and seems to work in DAO. However DAO always reports the above error, despite media type used. I don't know how accurate the DMA settings reported are either due to Intel's Application Accelerator. That could be the culprit too. I'm not sure.
