2 Problems

1. when i got Daemon Tools installed my normal CD Drive doesnt work

2. Daemon Tools seems to uninstall itself after a few hours of having my laptop off

can you explain a bit more of both points? the descriptions you gave arnt that helpful :-)
what happens to your cd drive? have you tried temporarily removing sptp.sys.
what do you mean dt uninstalls itself? do the program files delete?
