Starting today, Windows 11 UAC disables DTUltraHelper.exe without asking, on both user and admin accounts. I disabled all the settings under App and Browser Control, even disabled UAC itself, and it still wouldn't run. Then I reinstalled DT Ultra (v 7.1.0) and it works. So I wanted to share this info here for anyone else who encounters this.
